Hey there!
Like you, I’ve been on the ADHD rollercoaster for most of my life. It’s been one wild ride, that’s for sure. For years, I chalked up my forgetfulness, impulsiveness, and trouble focusing to just being “me.” It wasn’t until I was in my thirties that I finally got a diagnosis.
Talk about a lightbulb moment! Suddenly, all those weird quirks and challenges I’d been dealing with started to make sense. It was like putting together a giant puzzle that had been missing a major piece.
I created this website because I know firsthand how isolating and frustrating it can be to navigate life with ADHD. This is a place for us to share experiences, learn from each other, and maybe even laugh at the absurdity of it all.
Important note: I’m not a doctor or a therapist. Everything you find here is based on my own experiences and research. It’s meant to be informative and supportive, but it’s not a substitute for professional advice.
Let’s figure this ADHD thing out together!
